Unaffiliated Event Combined Training at Highfields Farm - Dressage and Show Jumping on grass.
Organiser: David Sheerin BHSI & Accredited BE Trainer.
For Registered BE Members only.
Dressage test must be completed before the Show Jumping round. Show Jumping height and course will be as per BE competitions.
Entries Close 5pm Wednesday 24th March
Late Entries subject to availability. Additional £5 per horse per class.
BE 90 & BE 100, and BE Novice & BE Intermediate dressage will run at the same time.
There will be one ring for the Show Jumping, and will be held in class number order.
Weather: As these competitions will be held on grass, if the weather is bad, a decision will be made by 1pm the Wednesday prior to the show whether it will run. If this is the case, Wellington Riding will offer Clear-Round Show Jumping in the Dukes Hall indoor arena. If the competition does not run due to the weather, full refunds will be issued, although there will be a charge for those wishing to jump at Wellington Riding. Cancellation notices will be posted on the Wellington Riding website, but all those with an email address provided on their entry form will be notified via email.
Starting Times:
Times: Wednesday prior to the show, between 1pm & 4pm on 01189 225 371 or at www.wellington-riding.co.uk, click on the ‘Clubs & Events’ menu at the top, and then select the event from the right hand side.
Payment Details/ Event Fees:
Send entries in advance to the secretary. To enter:
A: Complete an Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable to ‘Wellington Riding’.
B: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.
Wellington Riding members £30, non Wellington Riding members £35 per horse, per class (all fees include VAT).
Late Entries subject to availability. Additional £5 per horse per class.
Withdrawals/Refunds:
Withdrawals: In writing please BEFORE 4pm, on the Monday prior to the show. N.B NO refunds after close of entries. Refunds before close of entries – 50%.
No refunds after close of entries. Refunds before close of entries 50% of entry fee.
Riders Comments:
A friendly centre with a good atmosphere for competitors. Good restaurant/ bar facilities.
