Classes 1, 2, 4 - 7, 11, 15 to be held in Dukes Hall, Classes 3, 8 - 10, 12 -14, 16 to be held in the International Arena. All FEI classes from PSG to GP are qualifiers for the Hickstead Dressage Masters Championship.
Gala Afternoon & Evening will be held in International Arena on Wednesday 9th June. Tickets £15 & £12 Wellington Riding members, SAE in advance. Competitors please send 2x envelopes with your entry (1 for competitors letter). Grooms prizes to Best Turned out Horse in all classes presented by COLIN HILL EQUINE DENTAL SERVICES.
Warming up: Indoor school for International Arena; Outdoor Improved All Weather surface for Dukes Hall.
Music received on CDs only please.

A: Complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable to ‘Wellington Riding’.
B: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.

Stabling Information:
Temporary boxes on-site £45 for first night, sunsequesnt nights £30. Straw included, shavings onsale £7 per bale or bring your own. NO refunds after booking. Please ensure you have spoken to the Stables Manager in advance if your arrival time for stabling will be before 7.30am or after 5pm to make arrangements. Contact number will be provided in competitors letter issued prior to the show.
Withdrawals/Refunds:
See BD Rules 34, 35, 36, 37 & 38. Over subscribed classes may be split in sections, or balloted at the organisers discretion.

Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.
If weather conditions are extreme, please ring and check in case of cancellation.
Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Mobile phones should be switched off during competitions.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
For safety reasons, the gate across the main driveway must be kept closed at all times.
