Start: 9.30am – Entries for Class 1 will close ½ hour after the start of that class.
Payment Details/ Event Fees:
Competitors may book in advance or on the day subject to availability. To enter:
A: Complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable to ‘Wellington Riding’.
Please write the rider’s name and show date on the reverse of the cheque.
B: You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.
First Aid services will be provided at these shows at a charge of £3 per rider per day.

RULES:
1. The show organisers, Wellington Riding, reserve the right to cancel, add or to amend any of the competitions as they may see fit.
2. Show organisers reserve the right to remove any vehicle or equipment which is obstructing any access to or on the show ground even if locked, secured, unattended and braked. They will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage etc.
3. All horses & ponies should be registered with the BSJA when competing in relevant affiliated classes & ridden by members in accordance with this rule, otherwise will have to buy a “ticket to ride” when they will not be eligible for prizes or qualifications.
4. All classes will be run under current BSJA rules.
5. Competitors are responsible for providing BSJA registration numbers for all horses and riders at the time of entry, or will be required to purchase a BSJA ticket to compete.
6. In the event of insufficient starters, lower prizes may be withheld in accordance with Rule 76.6 (except Premier Show).
7. The decision of the judge is final in all instances.
8. If an animal is upgraded before a competition it may be transferred to another appropriate competition upon notice to the Show Secretary.
9. Any competitor found schooling in the rings without permission will be disqualified from the show and reported to the BSJA.
10. The show organisers reserve the right to exclude from the meeting or remove from the show ground any person or property for any reason & without giving a reason.
11. Neither Wellington Riding, nor any of their representatives or staff shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss whatsoever, howsoever caused to anyone on the show ground at any time.
12. Wellington Riding reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason whatsoever & with no refund of entry fee or membership subscriptions.
13. Riders are required to be mounted for prize givings unless notified otherwise by the judges. Riders not attending the prize giving without permission may forfeit their prize.
14. Objections or complaints must be made in writing to the organisers within 24 hours of the competition, accompanied by a £30 deposit, refundable only if the complaint is upheld.
15. In accordance with BSJA Rule 82.21, no member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider, to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition, without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury
16. Entry constitutes an agreement to be bound by & to abide by the Rules & Regulations of Wellington Riding.
